These are the Colorado Revised Statutes that REQUIRE Bail to be posted in the individuals personal name, and not the name of the Colorado Freedom Fund.
The CFF can't act as a bonding agency -regardless of semantics (ransom, bail, bond, etc.).
"Professional cash-bail agent"...

Epps, who uses the trolling account @Josie_Riot (to go a bit harder soas not to be suspended) has protected her tweets in an effort to delete incriminating content. After I ID'd the account as hers.
