Just got back home from the Police Station.
I& #39;m disgusted because the police tried charging us for "assaulting" a man who attempted to rape a woman. I-FUCKING-MAGINE
This nigga bought a hun 3 drinks, just 3 and that made him feel like she owed him sex... Then all of a sudden when she wants us to take her home the bastard feels like we& #39;re trying to steal his girl and he gets physical with her.
He slapped her, dragged her out of the car and tried to carry her to the house. We intervened and this fucker had the audacity to fight??? Like bro did you seriously think we& #39;d let you do that shit re go lebile hela re sa re sepe???
So we handled him the only way a man with rapist tendencies should be handled then we took him to the police station to open a case against him. When we got there the cops claimed that we committed a crime by taking the law into our own hands.
The cops wanted to charge us with assault and completely ignored the fact that mthaka ole o beditse motho abo a re wa mo thubetsa. All they seemed to care about was how bloody that guy& #39;s face was. Ne ba sena sepe ka kgang ya attempted rape.
The justice system in Botswana is DISGUSTING! Absolutely appalling! I& #39;m still out of words because those fuckers seriously tried to make us spend the night in a holding cell all because we refused to watch a woman being abused in such a manner.
