It is really not that hard to figure out Antifa - there is an entire network of organizations who often change their names but all adhere to the same ideology, use the same tactics, communicate through the same global networks, funded by the same network of foundations - https://twitter.com/andrewcmccarthy/status/1311126472220868608
Charities that are not supposed to be political but are and get away with it, supported by the same wealthy elites/families all in the name of “social justice” which is how they get away with implementing a political agenda that serves only those who fit that agenda, protected by
A media establishment that is at best in denial & at worst complicit - although at this point complicit does not come close to the negligence inherent in failing to report the truth. I say this in the interests of journalism based on fact and evidence - not politics.
Anyone denying this is either lying or has not had listened to the rioters/agitators themselves or read the doctrine or visited the websites or followed their writing or listened to their podcasts or paid attention to reality. This is the most basic, basic journalism.
You may agree with all of what they say/represent or none of it. That is not my job. Through all my many years at 60 Minutes and beyond, most of us shared the understanding that our job was to figure out the truth and give the audience the most honest, relevant accounting of that
So that the audience/reader could make up their own mind. Denying Antifa exists, pretending it is not what it is, that raises a whole separate set of journalistic questions about motivation & the basic WHY every journalist knows to ask. Why deny something so easy to prove?
