if you like genshin impact and arent homophobic im literally begging to PLEASE consider getting into honkai impact. you get a grasp of mihoyo's worldbuilding and storytelling there and it's so large and complex and i might even go as far as to say it's somewhat a blueprint for GI

GI is new so in terms of plot, it's not as vast as hi3 at this point in time. they're different games, but there's so many similarities in writing (at least from what i read in the manga) in terms of the conflict and themes they explore

- sapphic coded relationship(s)
- antagonist leading an operation that involves experimenting on others
- god-like beings prone to corruption

these r all similarities i managed to identify in both games, most of which i got from the manga in GI

if you're hungry for lore and content, and progress on GI is a bit slow pls consider hi3 pls pls pleaseee i don't even play the game daily but the story is rlly compelling (although a bit confusing at first) it's just . lesbians and angst
