You dont have to believe in Electoralism to see why its important to stand up to white nationalist voter intimidation. Leftist orgs of all kinds can come together to watch the watchers. Anyone who is not an official but asks for an ID of harasses voters can be challenged. 2/x

The first step is to get with your friends in local leftist orgs. This is a side org, a group of friends. Youre not joining a new org, youre taking part in a Challenge to defend democracy. Dont mention the orgs youre from at the polling site one voting days. 3/x

When you have a crew for a local area, figure out your local poling places:

Organize your group so that members drive by and check to make sure the polling spot isnt being attacked with vigilante checkpoints. Deploy as a group wherever its happening. 4/x

Organize through the signal app. Use a google voice number. If you already have signal with your regular number leave all groups, get a google voice number, give it to a friend, delete your signal account, sign up with new number, have friend add you back to groups. 5/x

Make sure EVERYONE is vetted as an organizer in a local org, not just a friend. These are dire circumstances, its not time to get random friends involved. Multiple orgs working together without a leader is how it works. Dont let this be coopted. One purpose: defend democracy. 6/x

Spread the word. Use a hashtag like #REDTeamNet or #DefendDemocracyChallenge. Let people know your neighborhood is covered. Challenge your friends in orgs in nearby neighborhoods to help out. We already have a network of leftists, we dont need anything but each other. 7/x

A group of 4-5 people can do enough to disrupt a small group of vigilantes trying to make an illegal checkpoint. Make voters aware that they dont have to comply. Avoid violence, let the white nationalists know what they’re doing is illegal. Use your judgement and deescalate. 8/x

I will not be voting this election, but Im willing to fight for the people who will be. Wear your leftist clothing. Let people know who is standing up for them. Leftists cant be quiet and passive. We are worthless to our communities if we dont stand up to fascism. Solidarity! 9/9
