#30DaysofHypno 28: What would you tell a new hypnotist/subject who is wanting to explore hypnosis?

Have fun and read a lot! Learn what hypnosis is and what it isn’t. Talk to others in the community and hear different perspectives of what people like! 1/

A lot of hypno “etiquette” I learned from seeing other people post, and by talking to other people with more experience.

I also recommend going slow.. it’s pretty easy to want to jump right into everything you’ve been fantasizing about when you first start, but taking your time will pay off for not only your safety but also your confidence and skills in what you’re doing. 3/

On the other side.. have fun and try different things. Keeping an open mind lets you discover things you may not have known were a thing for you! If you’re into playing with one and only one person, make sure you befriend others to check in on you and bounce ideas off 4/
