For the record, I will NOT be using the new Twitch Soundtrack "feature"
*sigh*
- its gonna be a separate app
- no way to balance volume
- no way to create playlists
- it gets REMOVED from your vods yep. gone.
- If you actually mix it into your broadcast... its a TOS Violation.

I love Twitch... and I love broadcasting on it. But I would love for Twitch to FINALLY... ACTUALLY implement a feature we ask for, without cutting corners or finding a way to "game" the system.
Consumer Satisfaction goes a long way.
It feels like this is every new "feature"

Don't even get me started on the following parts of Twitch Soundtrack:
- paying artists with eXpOsUrE
- literal and actual ZERO DMCA protection.
- Soundcloud integration so Joe Deebag could upload his bootleg copy of "Somebody I used to know." and you get a DMCA cuz of it.

To give more information on all of this. Please, take a look at this article by some people who know their stuff over at @Pretzel_Rocks.

One more discovery to add to the punch. It seems that since they are offering 0 DMCA protection, at the launch of the feature, your clips will be open to DMCA violations.
Because Twitch has not paid for sync licenses, your clips (at the start) can be subject to DMCA takedown.
