Ok, so my subtitles on Apple TV are based on accessibility (Subs for Deaf/Hard of Hearing). Emma’s are I think the subtitles that would be used for the show’s broadcast on bbc4. Mine defo have more americanisms: “labor” “cell phone”.
My Apple TV was set to an American region. I am resetting to Uk. Not sure if it will make a difference to UK Netflix app on Apple TV. Will report back shortly.
