Brigade General Luis Alberto Rodriguez Lopez Callejas is a former son-in-law to Raul Castro & father to 2 of his grandchildren, & oversees the Grupo de Administración Empresarial, S.A., (GAESA) that has funneled billions of dollars into the coffers of the Castro clan. 3/
