After that day, I decided to make a go to list. A list that I would follow to atleast boost my self esteem, to remind me that I am worth it. And to remind me that somehow I will be okay sometime.
My anxiety got worse. So I went to see a therapist. Taught me breathing exercises and reffered me to a medical doctor so I could get a prescription for an inhaler.
Say hello to my inhaler. I got this during quarantine since I started having anxiety attacks before going to sleep and whenever i go outside.
Maybe someday I would go into details about my one year journey with my depression and anxiety. But now I& #39;m to say that I& #39;m mentally healthy and very calm and happy.
I don& #39;t use my inhaler that much anymore but I still have it on my bedside just in case.

My mom was a special part as well. Mareng Crissy. Kahit di sya naniniwala sa mental health at first, grabe yung alaga nya sakin which initially changed her perspective towards mental health.
