2 months, 10+ calls to customer service, repetitive discussions, false commitments. Surprised how @amazonIN can be called the most customer centric company. Definitely, AmazonIn CS team needs revamp.
Not so good online buying experience this time.

Placed an order for @oneplus 8 Pro on @amazonIN with an instant discount offer of 5k through @AmericanExpress cc. Order doesn& #39;t get delivered, I get the refund amount which I have "paid". Replacement was not even given an option.
Well, the offer is gone. @amazonIN commits to compensate for the full MRP. And I go place a fresh order.

It& #39;s been almost 2 months now, chasing after the money. Let alone I& #39;m just being played as a shuttle between @amazonIN and @AmericanExpress.
