We’ve been monitoring colleges’ misleading claims throughout the pandemic, and one school’s claim that their students are “2X more likely to graduate” and “twice as likely to reach their education goals” raised some red flags THREAD:

They claim “grad rates are 2x the competition” but their self-identified competition is mostly #4profit colleges while the school itself is nonprofit. Plus, they use 8-year grad rates. Maybe not 100% false but surely seems misleading. Did they go too far? END/
