*1 in 4 women* are considering downshifting their careers or leaving the workforce because of Covid-19, threatening to set back years of progress made.

Companies are at risk of losing women in leadership, as senior-level women are burning out at a higher rate than senior-level men:

1 in 3 mothers may be forced to scale back or opt out of the workforce because of Covid-19:

"Many employees see themselves as allies to women of color—but they aren’t taking enough action"

Allyship actions you can take at work:
- advocating for racial equality
- publicly confronting discrimination
- mentoring and sponsoring women of color

Only 1 in 3 Black women say that a manager has checked in on them regarding racial violence in America, and Black women are twice as likely to feel like they can't bring their whole selves to work.
