This guy was at the trump rally with a paintball gun, right winger basically just using a paintball gun to keep people away who were attacking the pick up truck he was in. Look at the long list of charges. He remains in custody.

Meanwhile, after picking a name at random from the jail roster of recently released persons, this dude here was actually shooting a real gun at people, and gets booked and released the same day, no charges ever filed.
