Strict Workflow uses the Pomodoro study technique (25 mins of work w/ 5 minute breaks in between). During your “work” sesh it blocks out other websites that can be distracting, preventing access until you’ve completed your work session & you go on break.

Memorize helps you study using the “active recall” method. You can add your study questions (I usually try to focus on one topic per day and for that day I’ll answer all the ques based on that topic). While you’re online (maybe wasting time lmao) your
questions pop up (how often depends on what interval you set it to) and you’re forced to recall that information on the spot in the middle of what you’re doing. This helps as it takes info and moves it from your short term memory into long term memory (:
