As you’ll only listen to the CDC...

You should be talking about OSHA, ADA, particulate size/behavior, contagion PPE, and test invalidation due to PCR threshold errors and sites not using exhale filtering PPE.
Not mandates. https://twitter.com/mjc6853/status/1311316978154471424
Allow me. OSHA protects employees from exposure based on particulate size of behavior. The baseline for Covid, a sub-.4 micron radically behaving particulate (.06-1.4 microns) is not filtered by cloth or surgical masks, and even N95s do not filter exhale
Why is this relevant? If the masks don’t filter exhale, the tests are contaminated, as no test sites use exhale filtering PPE. This creates transmission points for those being tested and the tests themselves can be cause of transmission. 2/7
Speaking of tests, a lack of standards in PCR testing has our sites using above 34 cycles (up to 41) and counting them as positive. No cycles above 34 indicate live, transmissible viral matter; false positives due to shed old viral RNA (need tertiary confirmation)
Talk about the ADA, you say? Sure thing! All persons with qualifying exemptions are granted the right to reasonable accommodation under ADA. Screaming at people to leave and denying them service is highly discriminatory behavior and should be reported. Fines start at $65k.
You find it reasonable for children in extended day services to mask for 12 hours per day.
They deserve voices.
You find it reasonable for people to be banned from large outdoor spaces without masking, when dividing stadiums into mask mandatory/optional sections fixes the issue
Instead, you respond to your constituents with canned, prewritten responses. We are the last stop on a global contagion. The CDC offers conflicting and incomplete advice.

You fail your city by refusing to listen.
