here are the problems with this rhetoric:
1. This only satisfies a collective conscience (like extrajudicial k¡ll!ngs) without addressing the systemic malaise and lacks that breed such violence, i.e. caste supremacy and patriarchy

3. Rapists would then be more likely to m**der the victims to leave no witness behind.
4. This is not how you demand accountability from systems that have failed this country's women. Question the police that refuses to lodge FIRs and always toes the party line. Or the utterly rotten politicians who treat us like votes, statistics and vessels of fecundity.
5. This presents a myopic view of caste and gender based violence. Focus on abolishing the institutions that bolstered, sheltered and defended such criminals. Don't stop at demanding justice by incarcerating/executing these rapists; get rid of their enablers and support systems.
