4. In Laxmanpur-Bathe, Bihar,  members of the Ranvir Sena raped and mutilated Dalit women before carrying out a massacre in 1997.

To punish men who were hiding from the police, their Dalit women relatives have been arrested and raped in custody.

5. Data suggests that over four Dalit women are raped every day. The National Campaign on Dalit Human Rights, an NGO, revealed that more than 23% of Dalit women report being raped.

Madam, The most unfortunate caste violence in cases of Bhanwari Devi, Khairlanjee, Lalasa Devi and Delta Meghwal were what, a case of horny men crossing boundaries of modesty?
No madam. Certainly not.

They were a case of caste violence perpetrated specifically and intentionally to ‘teach’ a lesson to Dalits for crossing the so called ‘Social Boundries’.

Let me quote one more piece of fact-Crime against SC,ST saw an increase of over 7% and 26% respectively in year 2019 compared to 2018, according to 2019 annual NCRB report.

At 11,829 cases,UP recorded the highest number of crimes against SCs. Plz tell me madam, before committing these crimes, the perpetrators saw the caste or not?

This is the commission part of the crime. A bigger crime is that of CM, SDM, Police and the entire system is fighting tooth and nail to ensure that justice is eluded to the poor girl. Esp Yogi who is protecting men of his own caste.Why otherwise was she cremated late night?

Isn’t it systemic casteism that even courtesy of dignity in death was not afforded to the family?
Do u think that an upper caste family would have been treated the same way? No madam, certainly not.

Do u think if the perpetrators were Dalits the state would have protected them with same arrogance as they are doing now? No. And Thats what emboldens UC.

So to anwer your question,
Yes in cases of sexual violence UC men tend to look at the caste of the oppresser. And about politicising the issue, madam, if Godi media and u r ready to take take up fight and ensure justice, i will gladly back off.

However, to make an uneducated claim that this act of heinous sexual violence has no caste angle is far from truth.
