That's not true as far as Bengal is concerned, everyone is welcome here irrespective of their ethnicity, language, caste. The local people and culture, towards the Bengali language, I have myself experienced them mocking Bengalis for not speaking "good Hindi" when most can't even speak proper English also. Also they have racial problems, most of them think themselves supreme to Bengalis./2

This thread isn't anti bihari or anything, it just my 1st hand experience, I my self have experience it in my college and work place. Having said that Biharis are more then welcome in my state, they are very studios and meritorious, they are very focused about their future/3
