BREAKING: Sorsogon City PNP found resigned UST head coach Aldin Ayo "NOT LIABLE" for any violation of IATF health protocols.

According to the incident report, there was no UST-sanctioned team basketball training conducted at Ayo's domicile.
All individuals (incl. players) from the UST group had secured documents prior to their Sorsogon travel declaring that they (1) were not PUMs, (2) did not have Covid-19 symptoms for 14 days, (3) were tested 7 days prior and (4) secured a travel authority from JTF Covid Shield.
The individuals also underwent 14-day mandatory home quarantine before proceeding with the "personal development farm training" as certified by the Capuy, Sorsogon barangay captain.
Incident report reads: "The actions performed by former UST head coach Aldin V. Ayo [were] in accordance with the health protocols and guidelines [of] IATF."

The PNP incident report also states that the Sorsogon City Government had issued a certificate of acceptance for the players dated June 26 and July 22.
According to the police report, the Sorsogon "bubble" focused mainly on agricultural activities—not basketball training.

Only when not engaged in farm work were players allowed to conduct individual training and not team practice as previously alleged by CJ Cansino.
