One day is was Black British Citizens. They saw it as a moral duty to cone from the Caribbean to rebuild a broken Britain after the war. The Tories allowed the far right to burn their houses down, for mainstream politicians to accommodate racism and w/supremacy in gov + politics.

One day it was the Irish. They were treated as terrorists and criminals and stigmas were thrown around like wildfire. Overtly marginalised in society and treated as if they were all a ‘threat’ to British life. Fully supported and cosigned by the right

One day it was the Indian community. People that also came to rebuild the country as citizens. A famous Tory made a speech known as ‘Rivers of Blood’ to split the nation, destroy social cohesion and to kill any hope for people within this community to feel safe and accepted

One day it was the Eastern European community. Treated and looked down upon like cattle after the referendum, hate crimes surged like wildfire after the vote. Ordinary people that work and provide for their families thrown around as political capital and scapegoats

One day it was the East Asian community. Victims of an overwhelming surge in hate crimes since the pandemic began - encouraged by some Tory MPs. The overwhelming use of stereotypes towards people within the community in common discourse.

One day it was the Jewish community. You might think that’s just a ‘Labour issue’ - think again. Anti-semitism has ran rife in the Conservative establishment since its inception.

One day it was Muslims. Treated as the ultimate threat to ‘British Life’. Treated as ‘the ultimate problem’ and Islamaphobia has been allowed to run through the whole country. Government has never done a thing about it - they cosign it.

Every campaign they’ve ever fought has sought to divide groups of people. Find a scapegoat. Remainers. Immigrants. Muslims. Black people.

Every single one, so enough stating the obvious, tell the truth in the media and bring respectability back into politics.
