Four people came from behind and threw his sister’s dupatta around her neck and dragged her into the Bajra field

She was found in the field naked and bleeding. The neck has suffered a break of three bones

Police decided on its own to cremate the body at night, which was against the family’s tradition
Her father and brother tried to protest but were taken away in Black Scorpio with UP plates by the police

The women threw themselves before the hood of the ambulance containing the body to stop them from taking their daughter away without their approval
The parents sat on the road, laying in the way beating their chest to stop the vehicle to no avail

The perpetrators are charged with Murder. No mention of Rape charges yet
The police are reluctant to cast this as a Rape Case from the beginning as the family claims the police told the victim that ’she was lying’

The case for Rape was added later yet the charges were topped with Attempted Murder to Murder
It is yet to be seen if the perpetrators are actually charged for Rape and be given penalty according to that
