People say 'women are their own worst enemies' or 'women don't support each other' or 'women are always fighting that's why they don't progress', I have never been sure what they mean.

Because men don't support other men either.

My men supporting men tweets show that men fight everyday, they are jealous of each other, abusive to each other & more violent to each other than women are.

So why does the narrative exist?

I think the real problem with women isn't that they fight too much. Its that we barely fight at all.

We fight for other people: our husbands, children, even colleagues. But not as much for ourselves.

Ladies, when you see my men supporting men tweets, let them remind you that other women aren't the enemy. Men fight all the time.

But men are also unapologetic about choosing themselves. Their own interests, their own progress, their own dreams.

So today, I invite you to choose yourself.

You only have one life. Its not a rehearsal.

Conflict.

Its unavoidable. Its not comfortable.

And its something almost all of us could learn to handle better.

But I don't want women to think that its what holds us back, it isn't.
