2) Focus on symptomatic cases as they are in Europe, particularly in Spain and Belgium. R should be calculated on the basis of hospitalisations. Tests should only be conducted where patients display symptoms. Provide daily updates on % of NHS ICU capacity currently used.

6) Re-educate. The UK population believes 7% of the population has died of Corona virus, when it is only 0.07%. 99.93% have survived. Point out the number of healthy ppl dying only of covid under 60 is around 300. Cease ridiculous Sage fear mongering.
7) Throw Imperial college under the bus where they belong. The nation was shut down on the basis of unpublished, unpeer reviewed code that produced different answers with identical inputs failing replication, not science at all. Oxford university should replace these chancers.
8) Perspective. Ban news from reporting Corona without context. All reports must include comparisons to all causes of death in the UK. Corona deaths should then be split by pre-existing condition and age. News organisations not complying should be shut down.
9) Repeal. End all unecessary restrictions on the healthy population. Encourage individuals to make choices based on a realistic view of the risk posed. Allow mass gatherings once more.
10) Honesty. State any vaccine if developed would likely have an efficacy similar to the flu vaccine. The flu vaccine has efficacy around 50%. Explain that you can take such a flu vaccine and still die of flu. The same will very likely be true of a c19 vaccine, no magic bullet.
11) Encourage personal responsibiliy. 28% of this nation is obese. That's a far greater risk to one's life expectancy than Corona virus.
