THE FACT IS THAT TAX CODES ARE MADE TO BENEFIT THE RICH WHITE PEOPLE THAT MAKE THE TAX LAWS OR THE CORPORATION EXECS THAT BRIBE THE PEOPLE TO MAKE THOSE TAX LAWS!!!

like it’s no mystery why companies like Amazon, Chevron, Netflix, GM, and IBM end up not paying taxes despite receiving millions in gov’t bailouts... like everyone is friends in Washington, especially if you’re republican, white, and rich.

literally my corporate federal income tax class makes me ashamed to be a business major. it’s insane how it’s designed to benefit wealthy people under the guise of spurring development and domestic business

and i’m no tax expert (this class is hard as fuck and my blue lives matter, no-mask-wearing, asshole professor doesn’t make it any easier) and im not a CPA (YET) but like it’s just facts that they wanna make you poorer while making themselves richer.
