I have been informed that Graham Linehan has published a lengthy article in which he makes a number of defamatory claims regarding what a High Court judge is alleged to have said about me. Linehan’s article is false, inaccurate, and dishonest.

This morning I have written to Mr Linehan’s solicitors demanding that Linehan retract the comments in the article and publish a prominent apology. Should Graham Linehan fail to act as requested then Linehan will face further legal action. Linehan has 7 days.

Graham Linehan will no doubt understand that a court transcript will prove that what Linehan states is untrue. As such, it appears Mr Linehan may have been misled by Adrian Yalland of Middle Temple as to what transpired in court on 30 July 2020.
