I definitely don& #39;t recommend a vegan diet. The best one is keto & carnivore but something has to be said about the carnivore long term. I& #39;m gonna make this really simple! Food needs to do 3 things. Provide nutrients, build tissue (protein), and provide energy (carbs or fats)
If you wanna know the ideal/natural human diet you have to look at things from a natural perspective. That includes a natural environment. Modern agricultural/transportation has given everyone unnatural access to any food anywhere & anytime in the world.
Bananas, plantains, berries, peanuts, all fruits & veggies are specific to certain parts of the world and they obviously do not grow in winter. Tell me if you agree with thishttps://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="⬇️" title="Pfeil nach unten" aria-label="Emoji: Pfeil nach unten">
In a natural environment we would pick fruits from trees & eat IF we say them. But we obviously can& #39;t live off this because the trees would run out of fruits, they would have to grow again, fruits don& #39;t grow in winter.
What about nuts, seeds, tubers, plantains? Well, again we would eat if we saw them. But again, it wouldn& #39;t sustain us, they would eventually run out & plants don& #39;t grow overnight. Animal foods are the only food that can be accessed worldwide in any environment, anytime & anywhere
The only thing that& #39;s consistent is if humans saw plant foods they would eat it, but overall we& #39;d be hunting for animals. This is not up for debate. One banana is about 100 calories. You& #39;d have to eat at least 20 bananas to reach 2000 calories and that& #39;s not practical
Knowing this human were not vegans, not fully carnivore but differently closer to carnivore. I genuinely don& #39;t think anyone can argue this! Are you telling me in a natural environment we& #39;d be looking to eat veggies/salads? lol, please stop!
A lot of people wanna be "healthy" but they don& #39;t know what "healthy" really means. Like I said food provides nutrients, build tissue (protein), & provide energy (carbs/ fats). Animal foods fit this category in everyway. Most plant foods don& #39;t, VERY few do but it& #39;s still not ideal
If you wanna eat "healthy" its simple. #1 Your food has to be free of chemicals if its a plant or an animal. If your poising yourself that& #39;s obviously not "healthy".
#2 You need to eat high quality animals foods to be healthy. Why? because history, a natural environment & common sense have shown us animal foods are crucial to health. I don& #39;t even need to get into the science/ technical arguments. Its not needed.
If you don& #39;t do these two things you& #39;re not eating healthy. Its that simple
I eat plant foods because they taste good. But I mainly eat high quality/nutritious animal foods. This is common sense anyone can understand. I dunno, maybe I& #39;m just a good conspiracy theorist. Share if you like this.
