3. spongebob and light share an outfit. perhaps gary convinced spongebob to buy these clothes in order to frame him?

4. not ONCE have we heard him say he DIDN'T have a death note. gets you thinking...

5. he can hide things in his shell. what makes you think there's no death note in there?
