This month of recruiting has moved so fast, I've fallen behind on sharing my observations/opinions. This is my attempt to catch up…

When Malachi Jones verballed to @UVAMensLax, I sent @tyxanders a list of guys whose destinations I was interested in bc Malachi was on that list.
Since then, a handful of guys have committed.
Jimmy Pisani ( @UMichLacrosse)
Owen Carroll ( @DelawareMLAX)
Tye Scott ( @DU_MLAX)
Paul Garza ( @navymlax)
Billy Dwan ( @CuseMLAX)
Bo Lockwood ( @UMichLacrosse)
Will McCulloch ( @LoyolaMLAX)
Remaining uncommitted guys whose choices I'm most interested are Charles Balsamo ( @ExpressLacrosse), Jordan Naso ( @legacylacrosse), Nick Gutierrez ( @api_diamondback) and Elmarko Jackson ( @SouthShoreLax).

I saw Jones at ’19 Fall @ILInvitational, Naso and Carroll at So. Retreat…
Pisani at @adrenalinelax Black Card, Scott at this summer's @ILInvitational, Garza & Dwan at Elite Eight, Balsamo, Lockwood & Gutierrez a bunch of times. Jackson I saw @nalacrosse5; he transferred to ANC, is reclassing and focusing on hoops.
There really isn't much rhyme or reason to this thread; the players, colleges, clubs and events are all over the place. But if I were a college coach and brought in this group, I'd be ecstatic (though we'd be very left-handed offensively).
Carroll is a tall two-handed QB who can play M. Lockwood is a righty who can consistently draw a slide. Scott is a big lefty Canadian finisher. McCulloch is a lefty playmaker/goalscorer. Balsamo is a clutch lefty who puts his nose in the greasy areas and can run midfield.
Gutierrez is a leader & an alley dodger. Garza is a big righty shooter who can be a utility guy. Jackson might have been the most special athlete in the class. Naso has battled a tough injury & hasn't been able to show his SNG, but I think has the athleticism for the new rules.
Pisani is an athletic freak who can dog on the perimeter and push transition. Jones is fiery, can play up top or down low. Dwan is 6-4, 215, rangy & throws punishing checks. Oddly, a former goalie watching the best goalie class in recent memory, there isn't one I gravitated to.
In any case, best of luck to these guys, committed and uncommitted, their high school teams and future college teams. Been a wild month, I've enjoyed watching and will continue to do so.
