As a reminder, Amy Coney Barrett was sharply critical of Chief Justice Roberts’ opinion in NFIB v. Sebellius, which upheld the Affordable Care Act. Judge Barrett characterized the decision as pushing the ACA “beyond its plausible meaning to save the statute.”

Another reminder: Health care is a human right.

In the past three years, Amy Coney Barrett has ruled twice in favor of upholding restrictions to abortion access. She's also referred to abortion as “always immoral.”

Pretty sure we know.
