I call this my 3 Ps for Holiday Preparedness. I like alliteration and good things come in threes so just roll with it

Start by asking yourself these questions to get your creative and strategic thinking juices flowing:

What can you realistically achieve by the end of the year?
Use those answers to map out what you need to do and when. Put it on your calendar.

#2 Prep for the holidays in advance
I know procrastination feels thrilling at the moment but don't fall for that trap this year. Give yourself a head start by doing these 4 things this weekend:

1. Take inventory of everything you sell.
2. Order shipping supplies (tape, boxes, tissue paper).
3. Add expedited shipping as an option to your store.
4. Update your storeâs FAQs with holiday shipping information (cut off dates and times for holiday delivery).

#3 Promote yourself with ease
You're definitely going to want to be more visible during the next three months. Decide ahead of time what your special offers will be and when they go live.
You need to make these 4 decisions before October 1st:

If you spend the remainder of September getting your 3 Ps in order you'll enjoy this season with a whole lot less stress and probably more sales. You can still end this year on a high note and make it through the holiday rush with your sanity intact.
