. @NuanceBro has expressed dissatisfaction that nobody ever gives specific examples of why Project Veritas' videos are "fake". I have decided to help him out with some examples, which may (possibly) enlighten others.

2009. PV requested help setting up a brothel from Lavelle Stewart (ACORN worker). Stewart told PV that ACORN couldn't help - they would need to find people who deal in sex businesses instead.

PV edited vid so it looked like she was encouraging them to start a sex business.

2009. PV run the same sting on Juan Vera (ACORN worker). He gathers info, reports PV's fake human trafficking operation to the police.

PV vid portrays Vera as complicit human trafficker who wants to facilitate sex slavery.

2011. PV airs footage of NPR executive Ron Schiller implying Muslim donors can influence their editorial agenda.

Unedited video shows Ron saying NPR will not allow their editorial agenda to be influenced by donors on multiple occasions.

2011. Same video. PV shows Ron saying the Republican party has been hijacked by racist people.

PV chops the quote so you can't see Ron is reporting the speech of a Republican ambassador. In doing so, PV hide the fact that it's reported speech, not Ron's own opinion.

2014. PV airs video showing Texas Democrat club mocking Greg Abbott for being in a wheelchair.

Unedited video shows PV edited laughter to come in after wheelchair comment instead of where it actually came in the conversation - after joke about Greg's hair.

2014. PV airs border crossing vid and show footage of James walking for miles with no border guards in sight, implying nobody is guarding the border.

In later interview, James tells reporter they saw border agents but they didn't want to be interviewed by James.

2016. PV shows a video showing a Democrat official discussing mass voter fraud. PV viewers decry "biggest fraud in American history".

James' book admits that entire voter fraud scheme was devised by PV's reporter "Steve" to create "useful video".

2016. Same video. Bob Creamer is shown being amenable to illegal immigrant voter fraud scheme.

Legal investigation subsequently finds Creamer stated several times that citizens needed to be legal in order to vote.

Final investigation clears Dems of wrongdoing.

Please be aware that for all of these clips, there was no way to have known about their false presentation at the time of release.

PV vids are only discredited a year or so later, when investigations have occurred and PV followers have moved onto some next "Dems r bad" video.

The Epstein clip posted by @NuanceBro represents Project Veritas' best and most untouchable piece of journalism.

Because James was simply handed some footage, and asked to broadcast it. He was thus denied the opportunity to deceptively manufacture conditions for its production.

"So what if PV have edited videos in the past," I hear you ask, "what bearing does that have on the current Omar investigation?"

Well, I know that @NuanceBro, for one, will not respond in this way, because he cares about people's words being dishonestly taken out of context.

But for the rest of u: imagine if the "edited Covington Boys video" author suddenly appeared with more videos showing peeps being racist.

Would we trust their tape? No, we would ask for an investigation into the full context of their vids at the very least, and reserve judgment.

I hear there is going to be an investigation into the Omar campaign's voter fraud, as shown in PV's video. Good. Let them investigate.

The "nuanced" thing to do in this situation, all things considered, would be not to assume anything from PV's vid til the investigation is done

Otherwise @NuanceBro you might wind up looking wrong, dumb, and uninformed, just like PV's 2016 "biggest voter fraud in history" commenters do now.
