I have a lot love for MDs, work with MDs, am friends with MDs. But *takes out broad brush*, if you want more success you need to:
Keep it simple
Lose the jargon
Stop appeal to authority type arguments
Never say 'I don't wanna be political'
Acknowledge the privilege
