babygate, the legal and 100% brutal truth of the theory (a thread)

before i begin, please read all of these

Babygate is a theory that has been going around since before Freddie Tomlinson was ever born. For so many years people have been trying to debunk the theory but have never taken the time to research the
logistics/legal sides. I took it upon myself.

I bought a LEGAL copy of Syco's artist contract. the contract they give to new artists. The contract I bought is not allowed to be shared
under any circumstances, so the screenshots I will be using will be from public domains that allow the usage,

this does NOT discredit any
of the information I will be telling you, I have been sorting through everything for the past week to make sure I fully understand the
topic. so without further ado, please read everything in this post or you will NOT understand

+why babygate isnt a credible/logical theory

a common misconception and the actuality. a record label does not deal with anything besides your music aspect. eg. public affairs. signing with a record Iabel gives them control the master rights to your music.

the purpose of a legally binding contract is allowing companies such as sony to exploit an artist performance in a sound recording
in return for royalty payments.
1 thing that is CORRECT: an artist can absolutely NOT leave their label until the contract is over,

no matter how unhappy the artist is.
so what does a record label manage
when an artist is signed to them?
Trademarks, Brands, the manage the coordinates to the production,
manufacture, distribution, and
marketing the performance

+enforcement of copyright against the artists MUSIC ONLY

what a record label has control over:

so if a label doesn't have control over public affairs, who does?
"All public affairs will be handled by a personal manager which will be chosen by the artist" (a manager always prone to immediate termination if when the artist is unhappy with their servaces)

what does that mean? An artist has control over who manages public affairs over them, once a personal manager is not liked, the artist has the option to fire them at any time. let's go into a bit of detail on a personal manager. what is their job?

etake care of public matters scandals advise/advocate on what is good for an artist musically wise
advocate for an artist to wards said artist record label. make sure that everything from your publicity
photos to your public image

+to your stage presence to what you say to the press. (keep in
mind an artist can at any time refuse anything a personal music manager tells them to do)

what can a personal manager do, and what cant they do? (what is legal and what is illegal)
so what can a personal manager do
legally? a personal manager can
authorize/suggest a fake relationship if the artist authorizes it.

they can create articles and photos using those relationships IF the artist authorizes it. (so in this case, any relationship a artist is in can be staged at any time, which might be a possibility for Louis, Harry, Liam etc) what a personal manager can not do however

+as stated in the LEGAL CONTRACT I PAYED FOR) "use any
persons under the ages of 2O for
publicity/Used for personal gains are STRICTLY prohibited."
which means a BABY can not be
faked, or publicized that is illegal and can come with charges up fo a
lifetime in prison.

IN CONCLUSION
a fake relationship can be created if an artist authorizes it. however a baby is not legally allowed to be used. therefore babygate isnt a logical theory, but beards
might be. please stop using babies to complete your narrative.

please accept that these children belong to their fathers, and making
theories about their children can get you in a lot of legal trouble. I know that Louis and harry and liam and zayn might not come on social media to see your theories, but
imagine they do one day? they can sue

+ you. I hope you learned something from this because I did not spend over $20O for a legal copy of one of syco's contracts for
you to ignore everything I have written. if you choose to continue to use this theory, I hope you are prepared for the possible
consequences.
