4) Initially much lesser charges were put in the FIR. IPC 306 abetment to suicide and IPC 354 Assult on women with intent to outrage her modesty.

6) No women police was there while interrogating the younger sister, who was threatened. No SHE team.

9) From villagers photos it is obvious that little girl was not tall enough reach fan & tie knot + She was not hanging her legs were touching the bed.
Even a lay person can see it was a murder
