i really don& #39;t get this tweet. it implies that, by learning about a term that describes what you experience, that choosing to apply that term is bandwagoning or something, or hopping on a trend.

it& #39;s a really dangerous mentality to have, and it doesn& #39;t even make sense. like do you just expect non-binary people to figure out what their dysphoria and/or experiences mean and say they& #39;re non-binary before they& #39;ve even heard the word?

i& #39;ll delete this thread soon since i don& #39;t like keeping threads like this up on my twitter and OP is actually trying to listen and educate themselves, but i had a lot i needed to get out of my system after reading the tweet
