Ballincollig RFC have lots of opportunities for girls/woman to play rugby...

•Our Woman’s team train twice weekly to play in the AIL League with the top 10 teams in Ireland.

•Girls can join the club as underage members and play in their age group.
•In Mini's rugby both girls and boys (5 - 12 years) play every Saturday morning from 9.45am.
•In Youth Rugby we have girls age-grades at U14, U16 and U18

To assist both new and developing players we have a dedicated Girls Mini Rugby session on Friday evenings at 6.30pm.
Club members are free as an addition to Saturday morning sessions.
There is a once off €20 fee for the Friday evening sessions for non-members.

We have a Woman’s Mixed Ability team training on Friday evenings.

We have a place for you! New players always welcome at all levels!
