Frank Lampard(PLAYER,MANAGER,
LEGEND)

Frank Lampard was born in Romford , he started his football career at West Ham , where his dad was Assistant Manager , Frank knew that from an early age , he had to work harder than everyone else has he didn’t want to have life easier...
... He was praised highly by then Manager, Harry Redknapp in one of the most iconic interviews to date with Harry saying :"He will go to right to the very top"...
... And did he go to the top, everyone knows what Frank was as a player , in 892 games he scored 266 times making him the Premier League Highest Scorer of all time a record he still holds, he assisted 179 goals....
... He signed for Chelsea in 2001, where he started what would be an amazing career...
....3 Premier Leagues 2004/5 , 2005/6 and 2010(insert premier league pic) ,4 FA Cups 2007 , 2009, 2010 , 2012 ,2 English League Cups 2005, 2007 , 2 EnglishSuper Cup 2005,2009 , 1 Europa League 2012/13...
... In Lampard's own words he won the biggest trophy of all, the Champions League 2011/12, in terms of club level he won everything at club level for Chelsea, true legend of the club and game...
... He ended up going to New York City FC in 2014 to what would be his last carrer playing club, where he stayed for 3 years before retiring....
... In May 2018 he decided to become a manager and his first job was at Derby, where he was in charge for 57 games, winning 26, drawing 15 and losing 16, even then he helped reach play-off finals, in what was a very good season for Derby..
... And the year 2019 brought Lampard his best and worst nightmare, managing the club of his dream where he became a legend, Chelsea had come calling and lampard couldn't say no, even tho he was unexperienced, he embraced it like he should and knew the challenges ahead...
... The first season goes well, lampard manages to finish top 4 with a young and somehow unexperienced squad, he finds that as a defensive unit Chelsea were poor and still struggle at times, but slowly he tried and tries to implement his ideas...
... I see him eventually use his ideology and formation of a 4-2-3-1 the one who he favoured the most at Derby 2 seasons ago, so far a lot of individual mistakes are to blame for the poor results, with the new transfer window open and the possibility of signing new players...
...Lamaprd did so by spending over 200 m £ on world class players which he hopes can do what the others haven't been able to and that is wins trophies for Chelsea under one of the most decorated players the club has ever had...
... My final thoughts on lamaprd as a whole are that, he is a hard worker, he doesn't take less than 100% and above all he is a winner and he will win again for Chelsea specially with his mentality and backing of the club. 💙
