and he calls for his fans to be good people too (eg, recognising he is a person who can have influence, the cyberbullying one, telling his fans to be kind, to be the kind of people who can do things for others)

and he also implies a lot about how to stan someone in a healthy manner, like always willing happiness for his fans, if they didn’t hit for a con don’t be too sad “i’ll think about you all that couldn’t come”, that he wants his fans to work hard in their respective areas

my two most favourite quotes:

(1) I hope that one day when you part away from me you can look back and not regret the time you spent as my fan; that’s the kind of time I wish to spend with you

(2) I will work hard so that one day I can make you say “I’m glad I met Meguro Ren”

it really hit hard like... i /am/ glad i met meguro ren. i really admire him and i yearn to be that kind of strong, caring, and passionate. realistically i don’t know if i’ll be around forever but i won’t regret stanning someone who inspires such emotion in me
