First tip! Masakit na ba wrist niyo because of using ur keyboard? r u experiencing signs of CTS? if u r, u can do these easy exercises to alleviate pain and prevent it from worsening. You can start from doing 10 reps each exercises😊 also, avoid doing repetitive movts

BACK PAIN bc of slouching??

You can prevent it by doing Proper Body Mechanics. Trust me, slouching can result to a lot of things too s/a fatigue, ⬇circulation, etc. Do also take breaks to stretch ur body and avoid sitting in long periods.☉ stay hydrated!💧

So here's some facts about coffee for all my caffeine loving moots out there.Remember, coffee is good but in right amounts. Healthy subs are tea & sports drinks if you already had too much or if youre not a coffee drinker.🌫ctto
