The presentation shows that Route 30 was properly marked with signage and that earlier improvements resulted in better sight lines.
Moving on to a presentation on the limo. The limo was modified to 30 feet, increasing the capacity and weight.
The limos exceeded all three limitation based on recommendation by Ford for modifications.
The brake line, according to the presentation, was crimped and corroded. Limo chassis was also severely corroded.
Brakes were not upgraded when the limo was modified, brakes from from the original unaltered vehicle, according to the @NTSB
