Theres no form of organizing where you're not going to be annoyed, sorry I hate to break it to you.

Is there harm or violence or any of the isms taking place? You should address it. Is there a strategy that is not in line with your values? You should address that.

But if theres people you dislike, or small annoying things here or there, that is part of the work. You are a group of imperfect people doing unpaid labor to better the world. Its not the same thing as choosing a group of besties imo.

There are certain things we all have to overlook to get the work done.
