As a first step to establish SK& #39;s first blockchain-based digital ID ecosystem, MyID onboarded 70+ industry leaders. And recently released Zzeung for financial sector, with Shinhan Bank & affiliates to integrate the service as the first to meet high demand for remote KYC services.

ICONLOOP is continuously working on further expanding its usage & onboarding more partners. Incl. non financial institutions as the Govt of the tourist hotspot Jeju Island to deploy ICON’s Covid-19 Tracing app Zzeung.

Goal: 100+ partners EOY & 1M+ users in first half of 2021.

VisitMe, ICON’s Covid-19 compliant Visitors Management app has surpassed 100k users and is now being used by 1000 businesses like Paul Basset cafes, Hospitals & Hilton and Conrad hotels in SK, demonstrating the major role of $ICX in Korea post - Covid.

Korea& #39;s Top University Postech uses #ICX& #39;s public blockchain certificate service Broof for the issuance of graduation diplomas.

Korea& #39;s Linkedin SaraminHR utilizes $ICX& #39;s Broof, VisitMe and Zzeung to eliminate forgery and fraud in the recruitment and staffing industry.

Recently ICONLOOP also signed an MOU with Pohang City -POSCO-POSTECH to build Pohang’s data ecosystem.

They will work together to create a Digital ID Ecosystem using ICONLOOP’s MyID to transform Pohang City into a Smart City.

Having Korea’s TOP industry leaders and govt embracing and widely implementing ICON’s services shows the amount of trust, credibility & legitimacy $ICX has garnered in SK & of the quality and security of its tech.

And thus far ALL releases will also use the Public Chain & #ICX.

Few years ago this was just an idea on paper but it looks like ICON ICONLOOP has positioned itself well & is on its way to build SK& #39;s infrastructure for #MyData.

And as SK is undergoing a digital transformation due to Covid we will see further adoption of $ICX sooner than later
