He bizarrely seems to think because they weren't coughing or sneezing before the heart attack, that it's a sign Covid19 wasn't involved.

And he doesn't even consider the fact they had minor symptoms that quickly caused major problems.
As a general point, he seems to be favouring the Russian methodology of counting deaths.

In Russia, unless Covid19 holds up a neon sign saying "I'm the perpetrator, no seriously it was me" they don't get recorded.

That's a deeply unsatisfactory method, open to manipulation.
It results in vast undercounts.

You should always prefer to overcount in the short term and then denotify any deaths on a case-by-case basis if the coroner analyses a suspected Covid death (died without a test) and finds no evidence of virus, which is what we do here.
And you should 100% count Covid19 even in someone with Stage 5 cancer.

That they were probably going to die in 2 or 3 or 4 months is completely irrelevant.

If Covid19 foreshortens even 1 week of life, it is accelerating death and should be counted.

All life is precious.
