Tank gets destroyed and people cry it’s the end of the tank. Hundreds of infantry get killed and we celebrate their lives. No one asks if the days of sending in poorly protected infantry are over? Lots of UAV get destroyed and no one claims the end of UAV. What is it about tank?

Why is the tank constantly the weapon system in the cross hairs when it comes to budgets or the end is coming. These tanks do not reflect basic TTP. Any miss employed system with poorly trained crews will fail!

Poorly protected, maintained for too long, no upgrades are a death trap! Why do people keeping weapons systems that are clearly obsolete and beyond their life of type.

The future might be bigger and more expensive but you would hope that the capability is significantly better then what it replaces!

Technology changes, FAST. Threats change fast. The M113 was kept too long, the Bradley was kept too long, let’s not make the same mistake again. Our soldiers deserve to be highly protected, networked and integrated, with mobility and firepower to fight and win.
