Hello dear friends, in the class of today we are going to learn how to do one of the hardest exercises (at least for me), which requires a lot of strength and control: the pull ups. This is a theory lesson, then it’s up to you to put it into practice. Let’s go! (1/6)
It may seem easy, but it’s not. Sam is fit and apparently he can do pull ups with no effort, but they do requiere a lot of training and practice. You can start doing them with some elastics bands to help you lift yourself up. Let’s see an example of how to hold a pull up. (2/6)
Even though we think it’s all about strong arms, it’s not. Our back muscles are extremely important here. And also our core, our abs. In this video we get to see the great amount of work performed by the abs, as we get to see them working out (obliques included) very hard! (3/6)
We can also bring our head in front of the bar, but that’s a more advanced technique. You can try that when you feel strong and confident enough! I always put a box under my feet because I don’t like the feeling of not touching the ground...I know, weird! (4/6)
It’s enough for today. Theory class is over, now go and practice! No, I’m sorry, Sam cannot be your personal trainer, he’s very busy! But you can always come and watch these videos to feel inspired. Now, stretch and rest, and don’t forget to breath... (5/6)
As an extra, I recommend you to pose a little bit after the exercises. You feel strong, beautiful, and all sexy! So just let everyone know how confident and cool you are 😎

Hope you have enjoyed this as much as I have! Have an amazing Tuesday and be strong and healthy! (6/6)
