(come on its 2020, gender-neutral terminology should be a social norm
1. instead of ladies and gentlemen while addressing a crowd say welcome everyone
2. instead of using sir/ma& #39;am for formal purposes, use " to whoever it may concern" or "members of the community"
3. always address someone by they/them pronouns if you aren& #39;t sure. do not assume
4. instead of using the terms girlfriend/boyfriend use "special someone" or "partner" or my personal favorite "soulmate"
5. instead of using mother/father, daughter/son, brother/sister, always use parent/child/sibling respectively
6. instead of using mankind, use humankind
7. good morning rat bastards
8. sup fu*kers
9. whats up you a*sholes?
10. greetings cowards
11. PEOPLE OF THIS EARTH
12. theydies and gentlethems
13. hail hydra
14. your highness/ your lordship/ your majesty/ your magnanimous grace
