And an absolutely gorgeous episode at that - the visuals here, the brilliant pinks against the deep blues, is such a beautiful contrast. The reveal of the true intent behind the giraffe is such a neat spin on things, a great alternate lens to view the series in when you rewatch.
It& #39;s such a wonderfully passionate send off for a show that almost shouldn& #39;t exist. You wouldn& #39;t be able to tell that the staff were struggling behind the scenes if you weren& #39;t acutely aware of it all... Yet, like karen, they kept pushing through it all - and truly delivered.
You see a couple names in the credits here, people who were brought on last minute through connection on twitter, who& #39;re now rather large names in the industry, if i& #39;m recalling correctly.
And you see the crew adamantly refuse to go for a tragic ending - with karen herself actively advocating against it. You don& #39;t need a tragic ending to tell a brilliant story.

It has inspired me in ways that no media has before.
I remember thinking "How do people draw things from the same show over and over again? I can& #39;t grasp how it engages them that much." when thinking about big fandom artists and what not, and now 2 years later here we are.

I cannot wait to see what they do with the followup, especially if they have the ability to create it in a comfortable environment without the stress of not enough hands, money, time, whatever. I want to see it truly shine.
If you& #39;ve enjoyed my drawings of the show, but have yet to watch it yourself, please do yourself a favour and at least check out the first couple episodes. I talk about it a lot but my words can& #39;t do it justice. It& #39;s just such an undersung gem.
Anyways, Thanks for all the support and engagement i& #39;ve had with these over the last 12 weeks. It& #39;s honestly incredible how different this year has been compared to previous re-watches, haha. Like, easily got 200 new followers thanks to this... it& #39;s crazy.
