In terms of the latter two the risk is not so much the Internal Market Bill but the upcoming Finance Bill - which again wouldn& #39;t *directly* create a hard border or violate the GFA but *could* lead to a chain of events where this becomes the case.
Nevertheless, the fact this comes from the Trump administration is a useful reminder for HMG that it isn& #39;t just Democrats in the US who care about Northern Ireland....
