Answers are fake. My answer now to what is a good leader is someone who will risk their job and their safety for their employees and coworkers. I might lose my job bc of this but I'd do it again and again for everyone who was discriminated against.

If you wouldnt then we clearly know you're only in it for the money and not for the genuine "dutch love". When I say these people are like family I mean it unlike the people clinging to their racist jobs.

Out of 23 "leaders" only 4 stood up for our employees and it literally speaks volumes on what we truly stand for. PROTECT EACH OTHER NOT THE RACISTS
